While on my journey to a slower, frugal and simple life, I am becoming more conscious about how I get things done around my little cottage. I grew up in the countryside doing things and learning to make a home the old fashioned way. And now that I am going back to those good old days, frugality and simplicity are my goals (Frugal living tips from the Ingalls). I love Murphy's Oil Soap for these reasons. It can be used to clean my home in so many different ways.

You can take a tour of my old fashioned storybook cottage here. Or read about my country bumpkin upbringing here.
